We are NoCo Home Services, a local crew working out of Laporte, CO, and covering the whole Northern Colorado area. The properties around here are a mix of older homes in Laporte and Fort Collins that need careful updates, plus newer builds in places like Wellington and Timnath where finishes and fixtures get the final say. Our patch runs from the foothills out onto the plains, so we see everything from historic farmhouse remodels to modern suburban additions. We know the local building stock, the common quirks in these houses, and what the county expects when you open up a wall. That knowledge saves time and keeps surprises off the job.

When you call us, we listen first. We ask what you want the space to do, how you live in it, and what is bugging you about the way it works now. Then we come out to look at the actual conditions: the framing, the plumbing runs, the electrical panel, the floor joists. We point out what we see and what it might mean for the scope. On the quote we lay out the work in plain steps, the materials we plan to use, and the factors that drive the cost—like tile layout complexity, cabinet grade, or whether we need to move a drain. We do not pad the estimate with vague line items. You get a clear picture before we start.

The work itself comes down to the details that keep a job solid for years. For flooring, that means a flat subfloor, proper expansion gaps, and the right underlayment for the product. For drywall, we tape and mud with a wide knife and sand between coats so the finish is smooth under any light. Electrical work gets wire gauges matched to the load and boxes that are not overstuffed. Paint is two coats of a quality acrylic-alkyd blend on trim, and we back-brush the cut-in. The difference between work that lasts and work that fails is often just one step—like priming bare drywall before paint or using cement board under tile instead of green board.
