1. Agreement to These Terms

3. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

Information on this site — including service descriptions, photographs and any figures — is a guide, not a formal quotation. We confirm scope, timing and price in writing before work begins.

4. Requests and Scheduling

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a booking. A job is agreed only once we have confirmed it with you directly. Please give us accurate contact details and an honest description of the work so we can respond usefully and safely.

5. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from NoCo Home Services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (970) 689-1738. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@nocohomeservices.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

We keep this site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
